Refunds and Exchange

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and exchange, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a huge "Thank You!".

Nothing makes us happier than a happy Gracefully You customer, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way.

That said, here are some things you might want to know about our Refunds and Exchange.

  • You may request for a Cancel and Refund anytime prior to order fulfilment. 
  • Any order that has been fulfilled is unable to be cancelled and refunded as the order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you.
  • In the event that the product received is damaged before using, notify us within 7 days and send us a proof of defect, we will then arrange to send a replacement product to you and collect the defective item back.
  • Product must be in brand new condition and unused, if Product has been used, we are unable to perform a Refund or Exchange
